Employees were exposed to plastic and metal collated fragments and fasteners from each tool.

Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.  a) New residential construction located at 677 Magnolia Drive, Dawsonville, GA 30534, Front side of structure: On or about 05/25/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards at approximately 14-feet, 4 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in siding activities using the roof as a walking/working surface.
