29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration:; Such activities were not performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person. On or about: February 22nd, 2023 Location: 330 Nepperhan Ave, Yonkers, NY 10701 a) Employees were exposed to fall while erecting a scaffold with levels higher than 10 ft. without fall protection. The employer did not have a competent person onsite determine the feasibility and safety of providing fall protection for employees erecting the scaffold. TDR Interiors Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1457685, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 9th, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at east side of a commercial exterior structure job-site address 2417 Esquire Dr., Beavercreek, OH 45431
