29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. A) 7 Rath Alley (Windy Hills Town-Lot #4), Blackwood, NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazard(s) of approximately 15-20 feet while framing a multi-story residential building without utilizing a fall protection system such as but not limited to a personal fall protection system. while working at elevation. Condition observed on or about 02-24-2023. The JRG Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1470359, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-22-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 5900 Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
