Employees were observed walking through construction debris that completely surround the site. The construction debris was in front of doorway openings used to enter and exit the building. Observed on or about 02/06/2024   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Employees used an extension ladder to access a roof with a 12:12 pitch. The ladder was placed with only about one half to one foot of distance above the roof's edge. Observed on or about 2-06-24.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. JRG Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13)  , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1652681, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/09/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7 Rath Alley Lot #4, Blackwood, NJ 08012.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
