29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B):  For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater:  At the worksite located at 1600 W 8th Street, Kansas City, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to serious shock, burn, and or electrocution injuries when accessing electrical breaker panels.    1.  Electrical breaker panels on the west wall in the build shop were blocked by a sander, hoses, and shelving.    2.  The electrical breaker panel adjacent to the exterior dust collector was blocked by wood and materials.    3.  The electrical breaker panel on the north wall of the build shop was blocked by tools such as a saw and a table.    4.  The electrical breaker panel in the climate control room were blocked by tables.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):  Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  At the worksite located at 1600 W 8th Street, Kansas City, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.  1.    Relocatable power taps were used on the west wall in the build shop to recharge the batteries for tools.   2.	Relocatable power tap affixed to a red toolbox with orange extension cord plugged in to a rotary sander.   3.	An extension cord was used to power the blade sharpener.   4.	Extension cords were used to power the lights in the spray booth.   5.	Relocatable power taps were used in the spray room to power miscellaneous equipment.   6.	An extension cord was used to power the tig welder in the bevel shop.
