29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times: a.) Dolgencorp, LLC dba Dollar General #10716 ; back storage room - On or about 2/28/23, and at times prior thereto, the exit doors in the back storage room were damaged and not capable of being used. The doors had been secured with plywood. The door was damaged by a truck on 2/21/23 and as of 2/28/23 the door had not been fixed nor did the store have an estimated completion date when the door was to be fixed. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
