(b)  On or about February 28, 2023, at an establishment located at 3526 West Sherman Street, in Wausau, Wisconsin; in the Center Bay, the Ogden Dart 2101, S/N: 2156 12-30-09 was utilized with two Lincoln Arc Welders 287007 and 286020 used to weld various components had exposed copper wires from the grounding leads exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.  (c) During the week of February 20, 2023 and thereafter, at an establishment located at 3526 West Sherman Street, in Wausau, Wisconsin; in the Bridge Bay, the Lincoln Squirt Welder #1 used to weld various components was rewired and exposing the wire and wrapped with electrical tape exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
