Piles in the break room are approximately 6 feet 3 inches high in one area and 7 feet 4 inches high extend into the stockroom. These piles consist of various merchandise containing boxes, U-boats full of merchandise boxes, and flats of food, such as but not limited to food, paper towels, toilet paper, holiday decorations, cart, ladder, broom, and racking.

Throughout the Stock Room:  On/or about March 1, 2023, the employer is not ensuring that materials such as, but not limited to, boxes of merchandise, and flats of food, such as but not limited to food, paper towels, and  toilet paper are stacked securely.  The boxes of merchandise and flats are over ten feet (10')  in places and are not stacked in a secure manner nor stored in a blocked pattern and are sliding and leaning against the walls and racking system, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.  b. Throughout the Break Area:  On/or about March 1, 2023, the employer is not ensuring that materials such as, but not limited to, boxes of merchandise such as facial tissues, a cart, a ladder, a broom, racking, and holiday supplies are stacked securely.   Piles are approximately 6 feet 3 inches high in one area and 7 feet 4 inches high in another area.  These piles are covering the full width of this section in the stock room.  These boxes of merchandise and flats are not stacked in a secure manner nor stored in a blocked pattern and are sliding and leaning towards the Break Area, exposing employees to stuck-by hazards.
