29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a. On the eighth floor of a temporary new commercial construction site: On or about March 1, 2023, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards, in that water, scrap lumber, wood and metal panels, and other debris was not kept clear from the work areas.
