29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2):Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: a) On or about June 6 2025, at 800 E Robinson St, Orlando Fl 32801; employees engaged in installation of foam celling tiles and grid from a mobile scaffold platform were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet, in that, the wheel casters were not locked to prevent movement.
