29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were run through doorways, windows or floors: a) Jobsite, restroom, 3373 Springfield Pike, Normalville, PA 15469: Observed on or about February 21, 2023, a green flexible cord was plugged into a wall outlet (110 Volt) in a hallway near the employee restroom. The flexible cord was run through the restroom doorway into the restroom where it was being used to supply power to a Heat-Wave brand portable heater. b) Jobsite, front of store, 3373 Springfield Pike, Normalville, PA 15469: Observed on or about February 21, 2023, an orange flexible cord was plugged into a wall outlet (110 Volt) in the front office. The cord was run through a doorway where it was being used to supply power to an electric indoor radiant wire element space heater which was located where a Rug Doctor carpet cleaning machine was being stored.
