29 CFR  1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling of all stairways and ladders;  The employer was failing to protect employee(s) from fall injuries. This was most recently documented on March 2, 2023, at 12621 S. 79th Street, Papillion, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure the ladder used by employee(s) was setup and placed correctly required by this sub-part. Employee(s) were exposed to a fall hazard when the ladder was set on the sloped roof to access the next level.

Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  The employer is failing to protect employee(s) from fall injuries. This was most recently documented on March 2, 2023, at 12621 S. 79th Street, Papillion, Nebraska. The employer failed to protect employee(s) from fall hazards at a height greater than 11 feet.  BradCo Companies, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566304, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 20, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9592 183rd Ave, Omaha, Nebraska.  BradCo Companies, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525105, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 9, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4507 186th Street in Elkhorn, Nebraska.  BradCo Companies, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1341992, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4342 N. 190th Circle, Elkhorn, Nebraska.
