29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) At 231 Parkers Place, Lot 25, Hoschton, Georgia: On or about February 28, 2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating circular saws and pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in siding installation activities.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At 231 Parkers Place, Lot 25, Hoschton, Georgia, on or about February 28, 2023, where an employee was observed performing siding installation activities from the 10/12 pitched roof, exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21-feet, 3-inches to the lower level, in that the employer did not enforce the use of personal fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous:   a) At 231 Parkers Place, Lot 25, Hoschton, Georgia: On or about February 28, 2023, employees were exposed to potential 110V electrical shock hazards, in that the employer did not ensure the extension cord powering the compressor had the ground pin in place.
