29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) On or about March 3, 2023, and at times prior, the employer, Kingdom, Power, and Glory, LLC d/b/a Peak Aviation had not ensured surfaces of the workplace were kept free from Lead in a manner that was as low as practicable. Based on Lead wipe sampling data of various surfaces, employees were potentially overexposed to lead due to a poorly implemented housekeeping program. Lead wipe samples ranged from 11.8 to 6,568.1 micrograms per 100 cubic centimeters on various working and eating surfaces.
