29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Space about electric equipment. Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. At 620 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St Peters, MO, 63376, On March 6, 2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards from a 208V panel in the dock area being blocked by storage and other materials preventing safe access in the event of maintenance or an emergency.
