Perry Construction Group, Inc., Culinary area located within the site of 8500 Oliver Road, ERIE, PA 16509, on or about March 6th, 2023 and times prior thereto: Employees were working with and around corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to PPG brand Concrete Epoxy Primer Catalyst Comp B. Employees did not have access to a suitable facility for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes.
