29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9):Compressed gas cylinders were not secured in an upright position at all times: A) Perry Construction Group, Inc. on or about March 6, 2023 at the address of 850 Oliver Rd. Erie, PA: Compressed oxygen cylinders were stored outside of the work trailer for Perry construction without being secured. The cylinders were inside a wooden box with a ratchet strap that was not securing half the cylinders in the storage crate.

29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10):Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour: A) Perry Construction on or about March 07, 2023 at the address of 8500 Oliver Rd. Erie, PA: Several Propane, Oxygen and acetylene tanks were being stored together next each other near the Perry construction job trailer.
