In the east battery charging room No. 4181: Unsafe conditions disclosed by the inspection requirements of 29 CFR 1910.179(j) on September 07, 2022, on the American Crane and Hoist overhead crane (serial number G0715368) were not corrected as required and/or adjustments and repairs were not done. The employer continued to use the crane exposing employees to severe crushing hazards.
