29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  Customs and Border Protection El Centro CrossFit Gym: On and/or before March 3rd, 2023, the following electrical equipment was installed against it's listing and labeling requirements:  a) Airgo Industrial Fan by Big Ass Fans b) Frigidaire Refrigerator    These conditions potentially exposed employees to electrical shock and/or fire hazards.  The U.S. Customs and Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1458244, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 25th, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 211 W Aten Rd, Imperial, CA 92251.

29 CFR  1904.32(b)(2)(i): Columns on the OSHA 300 Log were not totaled and entered on the OSHA 300A Summary Sheet.   Customs and Border Protection El Centro: On and/or before March 3rd, 2023, the OSHA 300 log submitted by the employer was not totaled and completed as required. This condition potentially exposes employees to hazard trends throughout the workplace.  The U.S. Customs and Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1904.32(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1545775, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1 World way, Los Angeles, CA 90045.

Customs and Border Protection El Centro: On March 3rd, 2023, the employer was given a verbal extension until the 6th of March to provide the injury and illness records (OSHA 300 and 300A) for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022. The employer did not provide the records on the date it was agreed on. This condition potentially exposes employees to hazard trends throughout the workplace.
