29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 600 Centerton Road, Moorestown NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards when operating an operating an articulated boom lift, from its elevated man lift basket, while not wearing a full body harness that was connected to a designated anchor point with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 03/07/23.
