On or about March 8th, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working below siding operations was not wearing a hard hat to protect against falling materials.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.  On or about March 8th, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential siding operations, eleven (11) feet seven (7) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
