29 CFR  1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that adversely affected safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that were broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating:  Fabrication Shop, Montgomery Roll Forming Machine - On or about March 9, 2023, the power cable that feeds the control panel for the roll forming machine was cut, with the internal ground cable exposed. Employees were exposed to electrical shock injuries while operating the machine in close proximity to the damaged cable.
