29 CFR  1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use:   a) Inside 6 Gala Court Monsey, NY 10952:  The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees who were required to wear a 3M full face respirators with dual cartridges. Employees are required to wear 3M full face respirators with dual cartridges when spraying insulation foam insulation that contains 30%-50% Methylenediphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI). Condition noted on or about 03/08/2023.     NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER CFR 1903.19.
