Jobsite - On or about March 10, 2023, employees framing a residential home were not protected from falls of approximately 9 feet from the attic deck to the first floor where the attic deck was not fully sheathed. A large portion of the attic deck was open, where employees could have fallen through the floor joists down to the first floor.
