29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. On March 13, 2023, at bay 50 outside of the tile room, the path to the emergency exit door was blocked by pallets of material exposing employees to entrapment and fire hazards. SCP Distributors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1582579, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on September 26, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1920 Swarthmore Ave., Lakewood, New Jersey 08701.

On March 13, 2023, and times prior thereto, electrical panel boxes did not have voltage ratings on the outside of the panel boxes where employees open and access the panels daily. a) In the charging area, panel box without voltage ratings, and b) At bay 65, panel boxes do not have voltage ratings.

29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii): Circuit breakers used as switches in 120-volt and 277-volt, fluorescent lighting circuits were not listed and marked "SWD." On March 13, 2023, and times prior thereto, next to bay 65, employees turned on and off the fluorescent lighting and equipment using the electrical panel box circuit breakers that were not listed and marked "SWD". Employees were exposed to electrical shock and burns.
