29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On November 27, 2023, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were identified with a fire extinguisher sign and ready accessible for employees. The employees were exposed to fire and smoke hazards. a) At the forklift charging area, next to the bathroom, fire extinguisher missing sign, b) At door number 65, west side of the building, fire extinguisher missing sign.
