29 CFR 1910.1450(e)(1): Where hazardous chemicals were used in the workplace, the employer did not develop and carry out the provisions of a written Chemical Hygiene Plan which was capable of protecting employees from health hazards associated with hazardous chemicals: At the worksite located at 1001 Bedford Avenue, North Kansas City, MO: Employees were exposed to chemical hazards. Employees of the Quality Control lab, located in Building 12, worked without a published written Chemical Hygiene plan to protect employees from hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, inorganic tin compounds and starch.
