Employees were exposed to a thermal hazard in that there was no job hazard analysis in place that determined personal protective equipment for exposure to steam/hot product to parts of the body to include, but not limited to; the upper arms, stomach/abdomen, and legs when conducting line breaks involving steam or hot product.
