This was documented on or about 3-13-2023.

29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: At the worksite located at 7239 Country Road A, Higbee MO, employees were exposed to nip points and rotating parts on the intrim machine when one or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect employees retrieving finished wood products off of the drag chain next to the unguarded chain and sprocket. This resulted in hospitalization and amputation. This was documented on or about 3-13-2023.
