29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: a) Warehouse: On or about March 15, 2023, employees performed material handling operations using an industrial steel racking system for grocery merchandise stored on the shelving. Racking system cross braces were bent and damaged, exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazard.
