Spindle wheel - Progressive spooling machine model MS630 -"PMC" (OSC-2), Progressive spooling machine model 630 - "PMC" (OSC-5)  b) On or about March 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure methods of machine guarding were provided, exposing employees working in and around the rotating spool to possible injury from being caught in the material accumulating around the wheel. Rotating spool - Progressive spooling machine model MS630 -"PMC" (OSC-2), Progressive spooling machine model 630 - "PMC" (OSC-5)  c) On or about March 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure methods of machine guarding were provided employees are at risk of being caught in material accumulating around the scrap wheel.
