29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(iii):Entrances to rooms and other guarded locations containing exposed live parts shall be marked with conspicuous warning signs forbidding unqualified persons to enter. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that an extension cord was not connected with strain relief so that tension would not be transmitted to terminal or screws.
