29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about March 24, 2023, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at KC-10 4700 Kingsbury TR, Richfield Ohio 44286; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a single-family home were protected from a fall of approximately 14 feet by utilizing a fall protection system. Merv & Sons Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.102(a)(1) Eye and Face Protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1650838, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (3/17/2023), with respect to a workplace located at 16530 Newcomb Rd, Middlefield Ohio 44062.
