The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: West loop 1604 and Shaenfield, San Antonio, TX: On or about March 27, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees performing corrugated paneling installation were exposed to fall hazards while working from an elevated aerial lift basket without the use and wear of a personal fall harness.
