OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a crush and fall hazard when standing in the bucket of a Front Loader: a) 4811 Bliss Drive Colorado Springs, CO 80925: On or about March 28, 2023, Gordon Construction employees were exposed to crush hazards when two employees were standing in an elevated bucket of a 724K John Deere K-Series Wheel Loader. The employee was standing in the bucket to reach up and repair a sign with a hand drill (front entrance of the construction site). This exposed the employee to a crush hazard.
