29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a. On or about March 29, 2023, at the rear delivery/receiving area, 12 electrical service panels were blocked with two boxes, an electric stove, wood, a dresser, and an appliance dolly were obstructing access to the panels. The Carlos Trading, LLC DBA Carlos Furniture was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566879, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/18/2022, with respect to a workplace located 4605 Tutu Park Mall, St Thomas, VI 00802.
