(a) On or about March 30, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the production area between the Winterization process, Vacuum Distillation process, and hot water skid were maintained in clean and orderly condition. In the main production area, there was general clutter of overlapping soiled cardboard boxes, a single electrical cord, process and transfer hoses of various diameters, and a two drum spill containment  skid used during chemical transfers. The cluttered section of the production area also served as an egress route, and was approximately 20 feet long, and exposed process operators in work areas to tripping hazards.   No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
