29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) 2321 High Hill Rd, Swedesboro, NJ - Production Floor - The employer did not conduct its periodic inspection of energy control procedures at least annually for the Battenfield Gloucester Bag Machine, Model #418HE BAG. Employees perform servicing and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to, a Battenfield Gloucester Bag Machine, Model #418HE BAG, which has pneumatic and electric as its energy source. Noted on or about April 14, 2023. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
