29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: On March 29, 2023, and times prior, at 521 South 22nd Street in Bismarck, North Dakota, employees operating the LS33 Rotator Jig were exposed to: (a) Pinch point hazards while operating the hydraulic clamps where only one hand is required to operate the hydraulic controls. (b) Crush by hazards where up/down and rotational operating controls were located in close proximity to the fall zone.
