29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On and between 04/04/2023 and 05/08/2023, in the back storeroom, the employer did not ensure that fire extinguishers were mounted. An ABC Dry Chemical fire extinguisher was sitting on the ground and not on a mounting device.
