29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about April 4, 2023, employees were performing framing construction work on the fourth level at heights greater than 6-feet without fall protection. b) On or about April 4, 2023, employees were performing framing construction work on the third level at a heights greater than 6-feet without fall protection. c) On or about April 4, 2023, on the third floor, employees performing construction framing work were not protected from falling through a hole for an elevator shaft which was greater than 6-feet above the lower level.
