29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii):   Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):   a)  On or about March 30, 2023, where employees were not protected from the point of operation while operating the Rahdener Maschinefabrik slitter machine without the use of a guard.  The Taylor Publishing Company dba Balfour Publishing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1495330, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 12, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1550 W. Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, Texas 75235.
