On or about April 05, 2023 and times prior, Turner Roofing, LLC, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that subcontractor employees conducting roofing operations on a residential home were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated. Sub contractor employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet by not being tied off while performing roofing operations.
