Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  (a) On or about April 10, 2023 at the job site located at 1806 Park Ave, Racine, WI 53403, two employees were observed performing roofing work on a second story gable roof on a residential home without fall protection, exposing employees to approximately 19 foot fall hazard.  (b) On or about April 10, 2023 at the job site located at 1806 Park Ave, Racine, WI 53403, two employees were observed performing roofing work on the first story flat roof above the porch without fall protection, exposing employees to approximately 9 foot fall hazard.
