29 CFR 1910.305(b)(3)(ii): Boxes shall be closed by suitable covers securely fastened in place. On or about April 05, 2023, Unit Drilling Rig #401, the Company Man's trailer high voltage electrical box cover was not securely fastened in place. This condition exposed employees to electric shock hazards. EnerStar Rentals & Services, LTC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(3)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1548412, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01-04-2022, with respect to a workplace located at Cactus Drilling Rig #168 McDermott State Unit Lease, 4UA Well, 6.2 miles NW direction from Pecos, Reeves County.
