29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v):The safety monitor shall not have other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function. On or about April 11, 2023, employees engaged in roofing activities were not protected from a fall as the safety monitor had other duties, exposing employees to an 11.5 foot fall.
