29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On 12 April 2023, three employees of Revolutionarybuilders, LLC were observed working on a walking/working surface on lot 5 Deer Grove Court in Wentzville, Missouri. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were observed on the walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was greater than 6 feet without fall protection, exposing them to falls to the ground below. Revolutionarybuilders, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1648697, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5 April 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Site 23 Bell Blvd in Wentzville, Missouri.
