29 CFR  1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner:  Location: Front of building at 631 Midland Ave, Rye, NY 10580  a) On or about April 11, 2023, employees were using a mobile scaffold with a wheel that was not locked to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner.   Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the casefile, the employer need not submit certification nor documentation of abatement of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
