29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On April 11, 2023, CM Exteriors LLC was installing exterior siding onto a new residential home located at Lot 100 Amberleigh Manor Drive in Wentzville, MO. The employer did not ensure that employees working on the ground level underneath the scaffold were protected from struck by hazards by wearing head protection.
