Barrett Parkway, Des Peres, MO 63131. On or about 4/14/2023, One flagger used to control the flow of traffic at the intersection of Barrett Station Rd. & N. Barrett Parkway did not conform to Section 6E.07.02 Flagger Procedures Support of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.  The flagger used hand movements and did not use STOP/SLOW signs or an approved Automated Flagger Assistance Device to control road users approaching a Temporary Traffic Control zone.
